Hello, I’m Jennifer Francis, the voice behind this devotional and the heart behind its message. After more than two decades at a major corporation, I faced an unexpected setback—I suddenly found myself without a job. In the moment, life’s detours can be hard to understand, yet they can reveal hidden opportunities.

With a blend of grit and grace, I transformed what could have been a major setback into the start of a new chapter. This devotional emerged from the in-between moments filled with job applications and conversations with God, during which I found solace and, at times, direction.

In these pages, I share some of the insights I've gained during my journey, hoping to resonate with anyone navigating job loss, career transitions, or any of life’s unexpected turns.
